Processing Times

Most items are made-to-order. Please allow:

3–7 business days for processing and production

additional shipping time depending on destination and carrier

During launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, fulfillment times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Estimates

Estimated delivery times:

United States: 5–10 business days after fulfillment

International: 7–21 business days after fulfillment

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email provided at checkout.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Truth And Distinction is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If an order is returned due to an address issue, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Truth And Distinction is not responsible for:

lost packages marked as delivered

stolen packages

shipping carrier delays

International Orders
